Description steam lance
The steam lance is supplied and controlled by the HT250 pasteuriser. The steam lance is designed for fast and gentle heating of calf milk. Any container can be used to heat different quantities (from approx. 1 litre to 200 litres and more).
With the aid of the integrated temperature sensor, individual portions can be quickly heated to the desired drinking temperature. Small quantities of milk can also be pasteurised with the steam lance using temperature and time control.
The steam outlet moves the milk in a circular motion, ensuring uniform mixing.
